These terms govern all bookings, services, and data usage with [Client Name].
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while protecting the livelihood of our staff who have reserved their time for your event.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the quoted invoice. Dates are not reserved until payment is processed.
Standard Cancellation
Clients may cancel their booking up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start time for a full refund of the payment, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
Late Cancellation (Less than 72 Hours)
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The client will receive a refund of 50% of the total service cost. This fee covers the wages reserved for staff who have held their schedule for your event.
Emergency / No-Show
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, or failure to provide access to the venue at the scheduled time ("No-Show"), result in 100% forfeiture of payment. No refunds will be issued.
2. Service Agreement & Responsibilities
Scope of Service
Staff will perform duties strictly related to their role (Server, Bartender, or Setup Crew). Staff are not authorized to perform heavy lifting (beyond standard service equipment), janitorial services, or valet duties unless explicitly agreed upon in the invoice.
Staff Safety & Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, discrimination, or abuse. If any staff member feels unsafe, threatened, or is subjected to verbal or physical abuse by the client or guests, they reserve the right to leave the premises immediately. In such events, no refund will be issued.
Alcohol & Liability
- Client Supply Only: We do not sell or supply alcohol. The Client is solely responsible for purchasing all beverages and obtaining necessary permits.
- Right to Refuse: Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age.
Limitation of Liability
While our staff exercises the utmost care, [Client Name] is not liable for accidental breakage of glassware or crockery during the normal course of service. The Client agrees to indemnify [Client Name] from liabilities arising from guest conduct.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

We collect information necessary to provide accurate quotes and services, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number.
- Event logistics (addresses, dates, guest counts).
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely for:
- Communicating regarding your specific quote or booking.
- Processing payments via our secure processor (Stripe).
- Internal scheduling of staff.
We never sell or share your contact information with third-party marketing agencies.
SMS & Email Consent
By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive transactional emails and SMS messages regarding your event status. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
