Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: February 2026
These terms govern all bookings, services, and operational agreements with Events Staffing Services.
1. Booking, Fees & Payments
SERVICE RATES & MARKUP
Hourly and daily rates for assigned personnel are explicitly outlined prior to engagement.
DEPOSITS
To secure event dates and reserve premium talent, an advance deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the estimated total cost is required at the time of booking.
FINAL BALANCE & OVERTIME
The remaining balance is due within two (2) days following the conclusion of the event. Should services exceed the contracted timeframe, overtime rates will be billed accordingly. Late payments may be subject to additional administrative fees.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
We recognize that event schedules may require adjustments. Our cancellation policy aims to balance client flexibility with the protection of our staff's reserved time.
Either party may terminate this staffing agreement prior to the event by providing written notice of at least seven (7) days.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation by the Client less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time, the 50% advance deposit shall be retained in full to compensate the scheduled personnel.
3. Staff Safety & Conduct
SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The Client agrees to provide a safe, secure, and compliant working environment for all assigned staff, strictly adhering to all applicable state health and occupational safety standards.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct directed at our staff by guests or vendors. We reserve the unequivocal right to withdraw our personnel from the premises if their safety or professional dignity is compromised, without obligation of a refund.
MANDATORY BREAKS
For any shift exceeding six (6) hours in duration, the Client must accommodate a minimum thirty (30) minute break for all assigned staff members.
4. Alcohol Service & Liability
TALENT ONLY
Our agency provides exclusively certified bartending personnel. The Client assumes full responsibility for supplying all alcohol, mixers, and requisite permits, unless alternative arrangements are formalized via a licensed catering partner.
SAFE SERVICE
Our personnel adhere strictly to local liquor regulations. We categorically prohibit the service of alcohol to minors and reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting visible intoxication. The Client assumes all liability associated with the consumption of alcohol by attendees at the event.
5. Insurance, Payroll & Compliance
COVERAGE
We maintain comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance for all employed personnel. Certificates of Insurance (COI) will be furnished to venues and clients upon request.
STATE-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE
We operate in strict compliance with the labor laws and workers' compensation mandates of our service regions, including Minnesota & Wisconsin.
6. Indemnification
Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of its own negligence, misconduct, or breach of this agreement. The Client shall refrain from supervising or directing our employees beyond the mutually agreed-upon scope of event duties.
